03Tailor-Made
From drawing to moulded part
Tooling, sampling and production for plastic, silicone and hardware household products. Six stages, each with a deliverable you can check before the next one starts.
What we can take on
Single parts, multi-part assemblies, or a full range developed from one reference. Tooling stays in the factory that runs production.
Injection moulded parts
Plastic
PP, ABS, PC, TPE and AS parts for kitchen, storage and bathroom ranges. Wall thickness, draft angle and gate position are reviewed before tooling so the first shot is close to the final part.
Injection moulding · 1K / 2K · post-finishing
Compression & LSR parts
Silicone
Food-contact silicone for kitchen tools, folding drinkware and feeding sets. Material hardness, colour matching and flash control are agreed at sample stage, with food-contact documentation available on request.
Compression moulding · LSR · deburring
Die-cast & stamped parts
Hardware
Zinc alloy handles, hinges, brackets and stamped fittings with plating or powder coating. Salt-spray and torque requirements are written into the drawing before production starts.
Die casting · stamping · plating
Finished sets & assemblies
Homeware
Multi-part household items assembled, packed and labelled as one SKU — storage sets, bathroom organisers and kitchen containers. Retail packaging, barcodes and carton marks are handled in-house coordination.
Assembly · retail packing · labelling

The three questions every buyer asks
Answered in advance, so the first call can be about the product instead of the paperwork.
What we need from you to quote
A drawing or clear reference photo, material preference, target quantity per colour and destination port. Without a drawing we can quote from a sample part.
How tooling cost works
Tooling is quoted separately from part price, based on cavity count, steel grade and structure. Mould ownership and maintenance terms are written into the tooling order.
Who owns the drawing
Your drawings and product data stay yours. We keep them for repeat orders only and do not share them with other buyers.
Send a drawing or a sample photo for evaluation
We reply with a feasibility note, two tooling options where possible, and the working-day range for each stage.
