Plastic, silicone, hardware and assembled homeware — with tooling and inspection handled by the same team that quotes the part.
Plastic
Injection moulding · 1K / 2K · post-finishingPP, ABS, PC, TPE and AS parts for kitchen, storage and bathroom ranges. Wall thickness, draft angle and gate position are reviewed before tooling so the first shot is close to the final part.
Silicone
Compression moulding · LSR · deburringFood-contact silicone for kitchen tools, folding drinkware and feeding sets. Material hardness, colour matching and flash control are agreed at sample stage, with food-contact documentation available on request.
Hardware
Die casting · stamping · platingZinc alloy handles, hinges, brackets and stamped fittings with plating or powder coating. Salt-spray and torque requirements are written into the drawing before production starts.
Homeware
Assembly · retail packing · labellingMulti-part household items assembled, packed and labelled as one SKU — storage sets, bathroom organisers and kitchen containers. Retail packaging, barcodes and carton marks are handled in-house coordination.

Each stage has a working-day range and a named deliverable; changes are logged with the revised date.

Marketplace sellers can start with a trial run per colour before committing to container volume.
